Key features of the new field house include: expanded weight room team meeting rooms enlarged locker room, coaching, staff offices climate-controlled, private club seating media room additional conference rooms enlarged ticket office Hall of Fame in public lobby covered Cowboy pavilion for football half-time meetings Phase One includes adding 15,270 square feet onto the existing facility. Operations would continue in the field house throughout construction. The first improvements will be a new weight room and locker room. Phase Two is geared toward remodeling the existing 17,790 square feet. This would bring new coach's offices, teaching areas and audio/visual rooms. Phase Three focuses on private club seating, giving football fans a climate-controlled environment to enjoy the game. The estimated construction cost for all phases is $6.5 million.
